**Contentious IP Opportunities, 3+ PQE**

This Top 100 firm are looking for a 3+ PQE intellectual property solicitor to grow and strengthen their practice in London.  They advise FTSE 350 companies, private sector organisations, charities, and high-net-worth individuals.  The team has an excellent reputation, and they work with clients across a range of sectors including financial services, chemicals and manufacturing, retail and FMCG goods, and leisure , advising on the range of IP/IP litigation matters, including patent infringement, entitlement and revocation actions, trade mark disputes including infringement actions and oppositions, registered design and design right infringement actions, copyright infringement actions and breach of confidence actions.

The ideal candidate will have gained at least 3 years’ experience in the IP field and will have a proven track record of dealing with contentious IP matters.  You should have good commercial awareness and a keenness for business development, and be able to create and develop relationships with new and existing clients, on a domestic and international level.
