Banking Associate, 2-6 PQE

This well-established Cityl firm are looking for a 2-6 PQE Banking Associate to join their leading Financial Services practice.  The practice offers legal, regulatory and public policy services to a broad range of corporate and clients and financial institutions in the Financial Services sector, such as regulatory authorities, financial institutions, capital sources, their investors, suppliers and customers, and end-users of financial services.

The team has an excellent reputation for their service and client representation, both nationally and internationally and they serve clients’ projects from inception through to completion.  They cover the full range of financial services work including capital markets, debt finance, M&A and joint ventures, regulatory and enforcement, project finance, insurance etc.

You will be coming from a strong Banking practice within a well-regarded practice, and will have an excellent academic record.  You will be a confident and ambitious Banking Associate and you will have the natural ability to build and develop long-lasting relationships.  The role will suit a gregarious and motivated individual who has excellent commercial acumen.
