This is a highly attractive opportunity for a driven, technically strong and ambitious Financial Regulatory Solicitor to join a truly elite US firm's London office.

The London FinReg practice is looking to hire a junior-mid level associate, who wishes to take up a broad and primarily non-contentious role, which will provide regular exposure to international matters as well as domestic matters. There will be some assistance on contentious matters infrequently. The team typically advises on the regulatory aspects linked to EMIR, MiFID, AIFMD, Capital Markets and M&A.

The successful candidate will be a strong technical solicitor, who has trained/developed with a leading City or US firm. In addition, a real intellectual curiosity is required as is an interest in working on international matters.
