Real Estate Finance - 1-2 month contract

We have a new instruction from our client, an award winning Top 20 London City firm both Chambers and Legal500 rated, for a 2-4+ PQE Real Estate Finance solicitor to join the firm on a 1-2+ month fixed term contract, starting ASAP. The role may extend so candidates who are available to roll on their contract are attractive to the firm. Candidates more senior than the 2-4 PQE level are also encouraged to apply.

The successful candidate will sit comfortably within the banking and finance team where a significant proportion of the work is property finance focussed. The client list includes both lenders and borrowers, and the team offers a full service including property investment and development, refinancings, corporate banking, support of the corporate and private client department, and advice on security and guarantees.

This role is to start immediately and will be for 1-2 months although longer term opportunities with the firm are a possibility.
