Conveyancing Team Leader - High Quality Work

Opportunity to work at one of the regions most respectable property law firms based in South Manchester / Cheshire and oversee a newly formed team working for a national panel member.

You need to have gained at the very least 5 years experience within conveyancing and have gained management experience too as you will initially be managing a small team (Paralegal & Fee Earner) prior to expanding and increasing team size.

The role is to deal with a broad mix of property transactions such as sales, purchase, right tu buy, transfer of equity, new builds and stair-casing matters. Experience of both leasehold & freehold is pivotal as you will also be dealing with complex London leasehold properties. Whilst you won't be managing a full caseload eventually you will need to be able to handle your own caseload whilst the team grows in size and develops.
