COMMERCIAL LITIGATION SOLICITOR / ASSOCIATE - LEEDS
Commercial Litigation Solicitor / Associate – An opportunity has arisen with this highly respected commercial practice for an NQ-3 PQE to join their busy commercial litigation team. The successful applicant will be afforded the opportunity to gain experience in a range of areas of commercial dispute resolution including commercial litigation, professional indemnity and construction litigation.

- Previous Experience: Applications are encouraged from candidates who have completed at least one litigious seat in commercial litigation, property litigation or civil litigation depending on their experience.
A BROAD RANGE OF QUALITY WORK
The commercial litigation team undertake a broad range of work. The mainstream commercial litigation work ranges from breaches of contract (including M&A and warranty disputes), shareholder and director disputes as well as complex defamation and privacy law.
Furthermore, the team also advises on high-value pieces of property and construction litigation for an impressive range of SME and listed companies. The main point is the breath and scope of the work is such as to offer solicitors at the early stages of their career the chance to really develop and grow. Lawyers within the team benefit from the chance to gain experience form a varied caseload of top tier work within a supportive environment.
AN IDEAL CANDIDATE
The team is looking for bright, hard-working candidates; those who are technically gifted with a methodical and logical approach. A consistently strong academic record will stand you in good stead, as will previous experience of a litigation discipline such as commercial litigation, property litigation or professional indemnity.
However, candidates with more civil litigation skill sets are also encouraged to apply. If you have the technical understanding and the raw ability, our client will provide the training.
