IN-HOUSE PROPERTY LITIGATION LAWYER – PROPERTY BUSINESS – LONDON – PERMANENT POSITION
Our client, a property management business based in London (with its own car park), is looking to recruit a property litigation lawyer to join their property management legal team in London.
This property business which manages a significant portfolio of properties mostly in the South-Eastern region (especially London) is looking to recruit a residential property litigation lawyer with experience in residential property litigation and disputes including possession and arrears/ money claims and county court enforcement matters. The role will include preparing claim documents and conduct of claims to include attending court.
