CORPORATE LAW PARALEGAL (IN HOUSE)

CORPORATE PARALEGAL ROLE – IN HOUSE - SOUTH COAST/ HAMPSHIRE - PERMANENT POSITION

Our client, a financial services company based on the south Coast (in Hampshire) is currently looking to recruit a corporate law paralegal with experience of working on a variety of corporate and company law matters.

The role will involve providing a range of paralegal and administrative assistance on corporate law, company law and commercial law matters, including:

• Support on corporate transactions, including due diligence and document management as well as working on commercial matters
• Preparing Company secretarial and Companies House documents
• Post completion matters
• Keeping up-to-date on both relevant legal and industry matters
• Assisting both in-house legal team and outside lawyers
• General administrative support

The role requires relevant corporate law and company law experience including knowledge of the Companies Act 2006 and experience of Company Secretarial matters and Companies House filings.
