HR Advisor

As an HR Advisor, you will be responsible for;

• Absence management
• Leading on Employee Relations cases such as maternity/paternity/long term sickness
• Supporting the HR Manager on more complex ER cases - disciplinary / grievance etc.
• Supporting with Learning and Development where necessary
• Assisting ad hoc recruitment needs
• Working from a strategic point of view with the wider business to ensure an efficient and streamlined HR offering
• Maintaining the HR database
• Stepping up when HR Manager is on leave
• Salary / benefits / appraisal process
• HR policies and procedures
• Ad hoc project work

With a track record as an HR Assistant/Junior Advisor, ideally within the financial services, you will have experience delivering all aspects of the HR spectrum to a high standard. You will also have exceptional written and verbal communication skills, being able to build relationships with senior stakeholders across the business. You will also be committed to pursuing a career in HR.
