As an HR Advisor, you will be responsible for;
- Absence management
- Leading on Employee Relations cases such as maternity/paternity/long term sickness
- Supporting the HR Manager on more complex ER cases - disciplinary / grievance etc.
- Supporting with Learning and Development where necessary
- Assisting ad hoc recruitment needs
- Working from a strategic point of view with the wider business to ensure an efficient and streamlined HR offering
- Maintaining the HR database
- Stepping up when HR Manager is on leave
- Salary / benefits / appraisal process
- HR policies and procedures
- Ad hoc project work
With a track record as an HR Assistant/Junior Advisor, ideally within the financial services, you will have experience delivering all aspects of the HR spectrum to a high standard. You will also have exceptional written and verbal communication skills, being able to build relationships with senior stakeholders across the business. You will also be committed to pursuing a career in HR.
