A top-25 UK law firm with a strong international presence is looking for a Plot Sales Paralegal to join its Real Estate team in Manchester.
The firm is multi-award winning and combines one of the most impressive UK legal networks with a strong and extensive international presence. This firm provides specialist legal advice across a broad range of disciplines to some of the UK’s largest institutional clients and a range of household names.
The Real Estate team works with the country’s top house builders and housing associations, some involving significant housing generation projects.
The Asset Management team act for developers in the sale of their plots. This role will work alongside the Asset Management team and will primarily assist the team with these sales but may be involved with other clients if required.
You will have previous experience as a paralegal, ideally in plot sales.
