Senior Commerical Solicitor

Our Client, a Legal 500 firm based in Birmingham is looking for a commercial senior associate to join their team.

This is an opportunity to join a Tier 1 firm with good quality work and where a career plan can be outlined to you.

Client Details

The Commercial team already represent a number of businesses, blue chip companies, Universities and start-up businesses regionally and nationally. They are looking to grow and appoint an experienced commercial solicitor who is keen to be involved in a range of commercial contracts work.

Description

The successful commercial solicitor will advise on a range of commercial contracts from standard terms and conditions, supply contracts to outsourcing agreements for clients over a range of sectors.

You will advise businesses in the transport, retail and financial services space - from SME's to large multinationals.

You will manage your own projects and also supervise more junior members in the team.

Profile

The successful Commercial Solicitor will:

• Have at least 4 years' PQE*
• Will have gained exposure to drafting commercial contracts in either an in house, private practice or public sector environment.
• Have ties to Birmingham.

*My client will consider applications from differing levels of PQE but there is a requirement to operate fairly autonomously with very little supervision.
