Accredited Kent practice requires a Commercial Property/Commercial Lawyer.
The Firm
Our reputable client is a multi-office legal practice based in Kent. Well-regarded for their first-rate level of service to both private and commercial clients, the firm have received both Lexcel and CQS accreditation. The practice is centrally located with excellent transport links. They are now looking for a Commercial Property/ Commercial Lawyer to join their team.
The Role
Our client is seeking to recruit an experienced Commercial Property/ Commercial Lawyer for their well-established Ashford office. The position is offered on a full-time permanent basis and is suitable for application from both qualified Solicitor and Legal Executive. The position will cover a broad base of commercial work, including property sales and purchases as well as general commercial matters. The successful lawyer will be able to produce their own legal documentation using voice dictation and use of case management software. There will be a competitive salary package for the right candidate.
The Candidate
You must be a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive.
You must have at least 5 or more years’ experience.
You must have solid experience in commercial property and commercial law.
You will be able to manage your own caseload.
It would be advantageous to be able to use case management systems.
