Our client is seeking to hire 2 construction paralegals with experience of both contentious and non-contentious construction matters, to join their small and busy legal team in Bristol.
With a commercial outlook, you'll work closely with both the Head of Legal and the Directors of the company, supporting on a range of matters including; reviewing and advising on construction contracts, preparing standard forms and producing documents, preparing court bundles and evidence, assisting in the correct indexing of documents, liaising with external counsel.
You can be either a construction paralegal or construction contracts manager. However, you will need to have had prior experience of litigation - either land, construction or litigation; as well as significant in-house or private practice Construction experience.
You'll be operating within a small and very busy team where excellent attention to detail, efficiency and impeccable communication skills are vital.
Candidates need to be able to commute to Bristol.
