Commercial Property - Work / Life Balance - Lake District

This mid tier practice in the heart of Carlisle are seeking a commercial property solicitor to join their small but busy team. You will ideally have gained 2 years' PQE and have the ability to business develop as well as handle your own caseload.

The main proportion of this role will be commercial property based with a focus towards landlord & tenant, acquisitions & disposals, business leases and lease renewals which will also include sale and purchase of agricultural properties. Whilst a significant proportion of work consists of leisure, retail and industrial sectors you will also be dealing with high amount of agricultural sector properties. Lots of work will be regionally based however there is also work on a national basis.

Both commercial property and agricultural property solicitors will be considered for this role however with client contact a norm for this firm you must be prepared to meet with clients on a regular basis.

The role will be dependant on PQE level as you will either be assisting a senior solicitor with their caseload or undertaking work on new files that come into the department. Salary will start at £28k for NQ's and increase based on PQE from there however there will also be a great bonus & benefits package included.
