Court Progression Manager

Venn Groups specialist Legal Team is currently recruiting for a Locum Court Progression Manager to join a local authority in the West Midlands. This will be an on-going contract that can be expected to last 3-6 months.

This role has been created due to the demands of the Public Law Outline. You will be instrumental in reducing the delay in the decision making journey of the child in family proceedings. This will be achieved by working alongside the area teams, judiciary, court services, Cafcass and other key partners. The aim of this position is to improve the timeliness and quality of current Local Authority evidence presented to the court. You will help with maintaining and developing current systems and strategies to reduce delay and improve performance through the Adoption scorecard.

Our client offers a competitive rate of £43 per hour dependant upon experience.
