Commercial Property Solicitor - Chichester 5 yrs PQE+
The Commercial Property Department are currently looking to recruit a Solicitor to join our Chichester office. Candidates must be technically excellent but equally important Commercially aware. The Candidate will have sound experience of working across all areas of Property Law, including Landlord and Tenant, Portfolio Management and Development work. They will need to be a team player with a client focused approach and able to demonstrate willingness to be involved in business development activities. They must have excellent communication and organisational skills. This is an opportunity for the right Candidate to progress their career and enjoy a fresh challenge within a growing practice. Initially you will be working with our Senior Partner with a view to taking over his case load on retirement.
