Private Client Solicitor
Established for over 20 years our client is proud to be ranked in the Legal 500 for their Private Client work. As a Private Practice Law firm in Oxfordshire they work with their long established client base dealing with their array of Private Client matters.
Due to expansion the firm are seeking a Solicitor NQ to 3 years PQE to join the current team based in Bicester.
Duties will include:
* Dealing with your own caseload of files, from inception to conclusion, including Wills, Codicils, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Administration of Estates, Court of Protection applications and Trusts.
* Record time spent on client matters and other duties in accordance with the firm’s procedures
* Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of relevant areas of law and marketing the firm.
* Make full use of the firm’s IT systems and ensure that an up-to-date knowledge of current operating systems is maintained.
