Group Senior Legal Advisor 5+ 9 Month Contract

Listed FTSE 250 Financial Services Company with over 6 million policyholders and assets under management of £74 billion requires an experienced corporate or capital markets lawyer for a 9 month contract. Starting in early March, this is a maternity cover role where the focus will be on providing quality, commercially led advice to the Group's holding companies and its subsidiaries, boards and management teams on its obligations as a UK premium listed group. Additionally, you will work with other disciplines to structure transactions and ensure that all legal obligations are adhered to. Currently working at a leading City law firm or in-house, you will have either a strong corporate or capital markets background that has been gained within a highly regarded firm/company. You will have excellent transactional experience, a strong understanding of acquisition documentation agreements combined with the ability to work well with people at all levels within the business. The ability to quickly build strong working relationships and the ability to work to changing deadlines are key to success in this role. Also, the role will allow to work on cutting edge transactions at a highly acquisitive company.
