Rare opportunity for a senior and experienced commercial property lawyer solicitor with around 5pqe to join a busy and established department of this mid sized firm.
The role is due to succession planning and will involve working closely with a senior partner who has a strong repeat client base and alongside 2 other commercial property solicitors.
The workload on offer includes:
sale and purchase of commercial properties, grants of leases, assignments, advising on Landlord and Tenant business tenancies Act) on behalf of landlord and tenant.
Purchase of businesses including share sale agreements, partnerships and sole traders.
Drafting partnership agreements.
Options, conditional contracts and overage.
