Housed in impressive offices close to one of the most iconic buildings in the City of London, our client is hoping to attract a very polished and well-spoken receptionist to be the face of the London operation. Previous experience of providing customer service is essential, however, they are quite flexible about the environment in which you have gained this.

The reception role will encompass meeting and greeting high profile clients and providing them with a 5* concierge service, answering and screening all calls, managing the conference area to ensure a perfect client experience and liaising with IT to ensure all Audio Visual equipment is working and the relevant client's IT requirements have been accommodated. The successful candidate will also manage all incoming and outgoing post, couriers and taxi bookings, be responsible for ordering catering and kitchen supplies and offer administration assistance to other departments in the office if required from time to time.
