Property Litigation Lawyer 1+ To £75,000
Rare opening at this prestigious West End firm for an ambitious litigator to get involved with all aspects of property litigation including complex residential, landlord and tenant claims, residential service charge disputes, tribunal work including applications to remove or modify restrictive covenants, proceedings relating to contracts of sale and contentious enfranchisement work. You will be required to advise and assist predominantly the residential property and private client departments and to act for the firms charitable and estate clients. (Ref 2104903)
