Commercial Property Solicitor

A full service law firm with an excellent reputation across Surrey and the surrounding areas has a requirement for a senior commercial property lawyer to join the firm. The team is ranked in the chambers and legal 500 ratings with notable commercial property individuals. An opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Property Solicitor with circa 5 years+ PQE to join this leading Real Estate team working at their Reigate office, supporting the Partner with the view of becoming a focal point for client management in the commercial property team.

The firm has experienced considerable growth in all its key services and its commercial property team operate across a diverse range of work including acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant, secured lending and development/ investment work for household names. The firm are looking to recruit a personable solicitor with excellent communication skills. You must be a client focused individual who is not only technically strong, but who is capable of developing business relationships with the firms already established client base. A following is not required because the firm already has a loyal and existing client base, however they are looking for someone who is able to work with a Partner and continue to build on the business relationships that are already established.

The firm are ideally looking to recruit at Senior Associate level, but they will give the successful candidate a full case load and the opportunity to progress to Partner level quickly. Candidates already at Partner who are looking to join an ambitious legal 500 firm will also be considered.
