This is a hands-on role in a busy, results-orientated business development team. The Tenders Administrator/Executive will work closely with the partners to deliver high quality tender documentation and presentations. Key areas of responsibility will include keeping the tender status report up-to-date and communicating with relevant tenders to the Tender Operations Group. The successful candidate will liaise with other support functions within the firm to ensure standard documentation and policies are up-to-date and fit for purpose. Other duties include setting up any required meetings and assisting with editing, formatting and production of tender documentation.

 

Candidates should ideally have excellent Microsoft Office skills, particularly Word, Excel, Outlook and Powerpoint. Candidates will also have the ability to work calmly under pressure, to juggle multiple deadlines and to manage the expectations of demanding internal clients
