Our client is a leading regional law firm with a fantastic reputation both locally and Nationally.

They are currently recruiting for an additional three Paralegals / Chartered legal Executives to join their Cardiff office.

You will be responsible for running your own caseload of Defendant MOJ and litigated RTA cases, including injury claims, small claims and credit hire disputes. A key part of your role will be to draft and file court documents and manage the procedural steps required in both litigated and pre-litigation claims.

To apply for this role you should have a law degree/LPC/CILEX (or equivalent) and previous experience of legal case handling a PI caseload (claimant or defendant).

Although supervised, as an experienced handler you will have the autonomy to progress files to conclusion.
