If so, we have a stand out, special property role for a tenacious lawyer who is looking for an unusual role in Manchester. You will have a solid grounding in commercial property and real estate law, and will have worked on a Legal 500 style firm with a solid reputation in property law.

Work is very varied, and is focused around investor syndicated loan and private equity investments. Essential, the work is cradle to grave property project management - setting up the investment fund vehicle, raising funds, acquiring the asset and then dealinig with the property development and ultimately disposing of the asset at a profit.

You will need to offer pragmatic, commercial, real world advice to often demanding clients. You will have the opportunity to be involved with the purchase and development of properties released upon corporate insolvency.

This is a fantastic role where you can use your commercial and client skills as much as your technical legal skills. You be working on the other side to Magic Circle law firms and will be undertaking property transactional work in London and internationally. They have concluded transactions recently up to £40 m and represent investment syndicates with £800M+ of funding,
