Corporate Paralegal

Job Title: Corporate Paralegal

Location: West Midlands – commutable from Birmingham and Wolverhampton

Salary: £16,000-£18,000 per annum

Our client is a Legal 500 firm based in the West Midlands area. They are looking for an experienced corporate paralegal to join their team on a permanent basis.

The firm prides itself on working with high net worth clients and they are looking for someone who has experience in assisting with such matters. The successful corporate paralegal will have a proven track record of working in this area of law and will previous experience assisting with transactions comfortably with minimal supervision. Due to the autonomous nature of this role, corporate paralegal candidates will need to be able to demonstrate and give examples of their responsibilities in previous roles.

In addition to this, our client will be looking for ambituous and driven candidates. There will be a strong view to a training contract for the successful corporate paralegal.
