Junior Legal Counsel

The Company

I am working exclusively with an international marketing and product corporation, who are seeking a Junior Commercial Counsel to join their Legal team based in Uxbridge. Initially, you will be working closely with senior members of the team and you will be given the opportunity to lead on projects based across EMEA, taking responsibility for all legal issue that arise within these projects

The Role

As the Junior Commercial Counsel you will be responsible for drafting and negotiating a variety of complex commercial agreements, whilst advising numerous senior stake holders on numerous legal and compliance issues;

Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited too;

• Drafting and negotiating commercial contracts including sales and marketing, advertisement, agency and technology agreements.

• Providing advice on data privacy, intellectual property and employment matters.
• Ensure Compliance and enforcement of all corporate policies and ensure you stay abreast of all applicable legal and regulatory changes in legislation
• Identify potential commercial and regulatory risks and implement policies to safe guard the business

You

The successful candidate will be a UK qualified Lawyer NQ - 3 years PQE, who trained at a leading Law Firm or In-house group. You will be eager to learn and develop your skills and capable of managing a busy workload. You will have a commercial mindset, excellent written and communication skills and the desire to progress within the business.
