COMMERCIAL PROPERTY/COMMERCIAL CONTRACT SOLICITOR | NQ - 3 YEARS | CITY OF LONDON
A well-established law firm with offices in Bromley & Central London are looking for a Commercial Property Solicitor, this role is based in Central London.
As well as Commercial Property work this role will see you involved with Commercial Contract, Corporate and Company Commercial Transactions. This is a varied and interesting role and is a great opportunity for a solicitor to gain skills in different areas of law which will make your CV stand out in the future.
To be successful in this role you will be a NQ Solicitor or have up to 3 years' experience in Commercial Property, Commercial Contracts or Corporate Law. Experience of dealing with share purchase agreements, loan facilities and shareholders agreements is an advantage.
This is an excellent opportunity to work in Central London and get involved in some London quality work without the pressure of working for a City firm.
