Very reputable and Legal500 ranked East Midlands law firm seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor to join their dedicated and experienced Real Estate department. The firm is continuing to grow, and as part of their strategy a Commercial Property Solicitor is required to pick up an increasing caseload.

As a driven and valued member of the team, you will manage your own varied workload of commercial property files including commercial leases focussing on Landlord & Tenant negotiations, acquisitions and disposals, joint ventures and commercial mortgages.

The department's client base ranges from landlords, tenants, retailers, investors, developers and public and private businesses, and you will be required to provide tailored advice to each client in order to maintain and develop excellent working relationships.

Ideally suited for an NQ-3PQE Commercial Property Solicitor, you will have a real opportunity to take on early responsibility, actively contribute to the success of the team and also be rewarded with accelerated career progression.
