A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join a top tier commercial law firm in Bristol as their Recruitment Manager.
Sitting within the broader HR function and reporting into the Head of HR, the Recruitment Manager will manage a team of Recruitment Advisors and will develop and implement effective strategies in order to attract high calibre talent into the firm.
You will work with Partners and senior business support stakeholders to ascertain current and future recruitment needs, ensuring the the broader in-house recruitment team is fully briefed on requirements. The Recruitment Manager will focus on senior legal hires, whilst also overseeing the effective service delivery of the wider recruitment team.
You will develop and maintain effective relationships with external recruitment agencies and will help promote the firms brand in the market.
The ideal candidate must have proven experience gained within a in-house recruitment team at a good commercial law firm (Legal 100 experience highly preferred). Excellent communication and prioritisation skills are essential . You must also be willing to travel across the firm's various UK sites.
