Solicitor sought by top tier firm to join its in house team and provide advice on commercial, legal and compliance matters. To suit a lawyer with 5PQE+ in solid commercial law gained in an international high-calibre law firm environment.
THE ROLE
To provide advice to the firm (both to its practice groups and its business services teams) on commercial, legal and compliance matters, particularly in the area of contracting, commercial risks, client engagement terms, firm policies and practice, and data privacy. In addition, there is the opportunity to contribute to specific firm-wide projects.
KEY REQUIREMENTS
In addition to significant commercial law experience, this role requires a pragmatic commercial approach to problem solving whilst maintaining the ethos and consideration of regulatory and legal obligations of the firm. Data Protection experience is desirable.
