My client is looking to hire a derivatives lawyer (18m -4 PQE) to join their legal team. The role will be trading floor based and involve giving high level legal advice to the asset origination teams, by reviewing and negotiating term sheets, transaction documentation and dealing with general investment queries.
The successful candidate will have strong training from a top 10 law firm and demonstrable OTC derivatives experience and familiarity with ISDA Master agreements.
