Leading UK Firm (Silver Circle) – Mid level (3-5) - HK qualified - IPO lawyer – Mandarin/English

Our client is a leading UK law firm looking to expand its ECM department in Hong Kong.  In line with successful expansion plans, the firm is looking to bring in a Mid-Level Associate.
Your main focus in this role will be ECM but the team has 3 core focuses, IPO, M&A (Public & Private).

This outfit is among the most professional and client oriented throughout Asia. With a track record within ECM using their long lasting relationships to capitalize and develop. This firm are hands on, fierce & utilize their extensive experience and knowledge to maintain at the top of their market.

The partner of this team has over 20+ years’ experience working on big ticket transactions throughout the APAC region. Working on only the top quality IPOs & M&As in his chosen industries.

Requirements:

• 3 – 5 years post qualification experience
• Solid experience in ECM
• Deal focus is in Asia (previous experience NOT required within Asia)
• Fluency in Mandarin is required. 
• This is a position with clear career progression for the right person.
