Private Client Solicitor

Leading Warwickshire based law firm seeking an experienced Private Client Solicitor, ideally with 3 years PQE, to join their busy and successful Private Client department. This vacancy has arisen due to expansion and continued growth of the team.

The team requires am experienced Solicitor to bridge the gap between the Head of the Private Client department and the junior members of the team. The role will therefore involve taking the lead on many client matters, and also acting in a supervisory capacity on routine files to the junior team members.

You will therefore have good technical knowledge and be competent across all of the mainstream private client disciplines, including wills, probates, trusts, estate and tax planning, Lasting Powers of Attorney and asset protection.

You will be a team player with a strong client focussed approach. You will also have excellent communication and organisational skills and be capable of working on your own initiative to meet deadlines. In addition to your fee earning capacity you will also be active in networking opportunities and developing the firm's brand.
