Corporate Associate
An excellent opportunity for a corporate lawyer to work within a global law firm which offers clear progression opportunities. The team have an incredibly strong pipeline of work and are looking for two people around the 2-4 year level.
The successful candidate will be working with some extremely well-respected partners, nationally and internationally. This is an exciting time to join the team with the opportunity to get involved in a varied workload with plenty of scope for direct client contact. The department has a large and diverse client base, advising UK and international public and private companies, financial institutions, private equity and venture capital firms, emerging companies and entrepreneurs on a range of domestic and cross-border transactions. They are consistently recognised among the top ranked legal M&A practices for multi-jurisdictional mergers and acquisitions.
The role will suit an outgoing person with a confident and proactive approach, and the ability to work as part of a team.
