Commercial Property Solicitor

Our client, an accredited law firm is seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor to join their fantastic team in Kingston Upon Hull. As a Commercial Property Solicitor you will have at least 2 years PQE and a great passion for the role.

You will be joining a fantastic forward thinking team and you will have excellent knowledge having worked as a Commercial Property Solicitor previously.

The team deals with a diverse range of services and you should look to have experience in:
Landlord and tenant matters
Agricultural land
Planning obligations and Planning Issues
Commercial Lease transactions
Acquisition, disposal, management and development of commercial property
Property finance and funding
