The company are now seeking a Commercial Property Lawyer to join their team.
The Role
The firm are looking for a Commercial Property Lawyer for their Cheshire team. The position is offered on a full time permanent basis and is suitable for qualified Solicitors or Legal Executives/FILEx. The position will cover a broad base of commercial property work, including property sales and purchases, landlord and tenant and secured lending. You will be assisting senior fee earners with complex matters. It would be advantageous to have experience in business development. The successful applicant will receive a competitive salary and be offered excellent career progression prospects.
The Candidate
You must be a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive.
You will be NQ-5 years’ experience.
You must have experience in commercial property.
It would be advantageous to have experience in business development.
