The Role
The firm are looking for a Private Client Lawyer for their Cheshire team. The position is offered on a full time permanent basis and is suitable for qualified Solicitors or Legal Executives/FILEx. The position will cover a broad base of private client work, including drafting wills, power of attorney, court of protection and deputyship applications, estate administration, legal research on benefits, tax, trusts and estates. The successful Private Client Lawyer will receive a competitive salary package.
The Candidate
You must be a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive.
You will have 2 or more years’ experience.
You must have experience in private client matters.
You will have STEP membership or currently studying towards qualification.
You will have strong organisation and communication skills.
You will have excellent client care skills.
