A business minded Corporate Commercial Solicitor is wanted for a fantastic opportunity with an established, Huddersfield law firm. Applications are invited from Corporate Commercial Solicitors with at least 1 yrs managing a broad caseload of corporate commercial matters for a varied SME and OMB client base. Salary is upwards of £35,000 + with lots of scope for progression.

The successful Corporate Commercial Solicitor will join a specialist team managing a challenging and rewarding caseload of matters for an SME and OMB client base. Day to day duties will include the drafting of commercial agreements, terms and transaction Corporate work and lots of face to face to client work aimed at maintaining high levels of service the department is known for, developing existing relationships and cultivating new ones. The role will offer lots of opportunity to develop new skills under the guidance of experienced leadership.
