Skills and Responsibilities;

- Due to the variety of work, Commercial Paralegals with ideally 3 years experience although not essential.
- Have experience dealing with mergers and acquisitions, drafting commercial contracts, shareholders agreements.
- Experience with Commercial Property an advantage but not essential.
- Excellent client care skills
- Strong academic record
