My Client is looking to expand its nationally renowned Clinical Negligence team in Bath. famed for the outstanding work they do on behalf of claimants and securing high levels of compensation for injuries attained, my client is a leading firm which offers outstanding opportunities for legal professionals. With the Clinical Negligence team continuing to grow, my client seeks a solicitor with the experience needed to handle Birth injury and Cerebral Palsy cases.

This is a unique opportunity for an experienced Clinical Negligence lawyer to join this highly regarded team to work alongside with a case load of high value birth injury claims.

The successful candidate will be required to significantly assist with a heavy caseload of complex and high value cerebral palsy cases, meet financial targets and supports the budgetary management of client matters and be a second point of contact for key clients managed by senior lawyers.

It is important that you can lead and coach a small team, delegating tasks and client work to junior lawyers and trainees, providing clear instructions and monitoring progress while ensuring an understanding of the firm's strategic goals and sets own personal activities/ objectives to align.

The ideal candidate will be a Qualified Solicitor/ Legal Executive with a minimum of 3 years PQE and have strong experience of undertaking claimant Clinical negligence work, in particular birth injury and cerebral palsy cases. Strong client management skills with a focus on delivery of excellent client service is essential and the ability to coach and mentor junior lawyers.
