Legal Counsel and Compliance Manager, IT Sector, Germany, Munich
Our client, a successful IT Service Provider, is looking to add to its legal department based in Munich.
Working closely with your business partners and the management you will be in charge of a broad scope of commercial legal matters. You will be drafting, reviewing and negotiating complex contracts as well as terms of business. Your key focus will be in the area of IT related legal issues where you will bring in your expertise in relation to service level agreement, sourcing agreements, implementation contracts, IT consulting contracts etc. Furthermore, you will be involved in all Compliance issues, making sure that all processes are in line with the existing compliance system, reviewing workflows and adapting when necessary. You will prepare training materials and conduct trainings for staff members.
We are looking at German qualified individuals with good knowledge in commercial law, IT law and compliance. The ideal candidate will have business acumen and will have demonstrated excellent project management skills in past projects and assignments.
