SECOND LINE SUPPORT - STAND ALONE ROLE.

If you have been working as an IT Support Specialist in a legal or professional services environment, and you would relish the chance to take on the role as sole IT support in a City office comprising 65 people, this one takes some beating.
It's an opportunity to work on your own initiative to provide a first class support service to your own office, whilst enjoying the backup of a highly successful national law firm with other offices across the country.
Duties include dealing with IT and video conferencing support calls, providing fixes, acting as escalating point to the IT support team, creating and maintaining training documents, hosting IT meetings and liaising with suppliers.
