As a Corporate Lawyer, you would be working with the thriving Corporate team on the full spectrum of corporate legal transactions and deliver seamless, integrated and innovative solutions to clients.
Essential Skills / Requirements
- Must have at least 3 PQE
- Must have strong corporate experience inc transactional M&A and JVs, as well as general advisory/commercial work at an international Law firm
- Ideally a UK qualified lawyer
- Ideally have regional experience, but not mandatory
- Arabic skills would be a bonus, but not essential
