Corporate Associate

Our client, a global, top tier firm have an enviable reputation for assisting an array of businesses with all their commercial, legal requirements alongside providing added value to their clients and innovative solutions. They regularly act for multinational, Global 100 and Fortune 500 entities as well as government and public sector bodies. An opportunity has now arisen for an ambitious Corporate Associate / Senior Associate to join their Legal 500 team.

As a Corporate Associate / Senior Associate you would be part of one of the largest Corporate teams in the world, supporting a range of leading companies and enterprises as well as financial institutions, in their development and investment activities including mergers and acquisitions, private and public equity and debt offerings. You will be handling both domestic and international work as well as having the opportunity to focus on a specific industry or sector, be in Banking, Energy, Healthcare and Leisure, Insurance, Life Sciences, Manufacturing or Technology.

The ideal Corporate Associate will be around 3 to 8 years' PQE* with strong experience within Corporate Law gained at a National or leading regional firm with strong academics and a desire to progress their career at a firm that will offer fantastic opportunities and a high quality, varied case load.
