Adult Care Lawyer

Adult Care Solicitor required for a Local Authority based in Lincolnshire for an initial period of 6 months

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Adult Care Solicitior to join a well-known and highly regarded Local Authority on a locum basis.

The ideal candidate will be prepared to work in a busy environment as they will be expected to hit the ground running in this fast-paced role

Candidates should have knowledge and experience working with the Care Act 2014 and experience in making applications to the Court of protection

The role will also involve general community care law and Court of Protection work.

While the role is for 6 months initially, there is the possibility of an extension thereafter.

This Local Authority is easily accessible, with a train station located in its close proximity and a variety of shops and restaurants nearby.
