Exciting new Commercial Property job in the asset management team of this international firm's Bristol office

Your new company

This Top 50 law firm is expanding their national real estate team and looking for a Solicitor to join their Asset Management team in Bristol. You will work as part of a 175 strong national real estate team on a high quality national client base. The asset management team act for a range of high profile shopping centre and retail clients.

Your new role

You will have the opportunity to act as the primary contact for clients on a day-to-day basis providing them with commercially focussed legal advice. This will include negotiating leases and agreements for landlords and tenants as well as dealing with applications for consent to assign, deeds of variation, lease renewals, surrenders, licenses to alter and underleases.
