Experienced Projects Lawyer required to join an experienced property and regeneration legal team to undertake a series of regeneration and development projects with a property focus.
Our client is a well regarded London Borough and this an excellent opportunity for an experienced property lawyer to be part of some exciting projects within the Borough.
The successful candidate will have strong experience in the following areas;
- Experience of Housing and town centre regeneration
- Dealing with CPO and appropriation issues
- Knowledge of local government law that applies to housing and regeneration generally
- Housing law
- Landlord and Tenant
- General conveyancing
- Exposure to planning law
Candidates must have experience of managing such projects through to completion. The client is happy to consider those from either a public sector or private practice background. The post will offer excellent rates, flexibility and long length of contract.
