An exciting opportunity for a Commercial and Residential Solicitor has arisen for a well known established firm in Greater Manchester.
The successful candidate must be at least 8 years PQE with a strong and solid background.
You will need to be ambitious and driven solicitor who is a pro active individual who can confidently and effectively build a strong rapport with Clients and third parties. You will have the ability undertake a broad and varied commercial property caseload and advise on a variety of Commercial Property matters.
There is scope for potential partnership, therefore you will need to show a strong interest in building an already established team.
Full spectrum of commercial property matters including:
• Advising on landlords and tenants transactions • Dealing with sales & purchases of commercial property • Arranging re-mortgages of commercial properties • Developing client contacts within the area
