Property Litigation – Team Leader – 5+ years PQE

Our client is a Legal 500 regional heavyweight law firm with an excellent reputation in Buckinghamshire area. An exceptional opportunity has arisen in their highly reputable Property Litigation team for a proactive, commercially aware Solicitor to manage the team.

The Role

Working closely with the commercial property team you will be encouraged and supported to grow the property litigation offering in a firm which is committed to long lasting client relationships and being a great place to work.

Person Specification

·         Excellent academics

·         Gained 5+ years’ Property Litigation experience in a heavyweight regional or City firm

·         Ability and ambition to manage and grow the team and the Client base

·         Proactive and determined individual

·         Strong technical background in advising a varied caseload of individuals

·         Excellent client liaison/interpersonal skills (verbal and written).

·         Team player, proactive, independent, self-motivated with plenty of commitment and initiative.

·         Possess a mix of both residential and commercial experience and be keen to market the specialism to existing and new clients
